The Dance Workshop is led by Everaldo Pereira, a Brazilian choregrapher, founder of Nu Tempo Dance Company. He has danced more than 20 years. Among his performances he danced for the Lion King, choregraphed for the Revolution, dance for the Place Prize, and has recently been invited to dance for Willi Dorne’s project at the Dance Umbrella Festival 2009.

Everaldo’s class focuses on movement and musicality blending contemporary dance with Afro-Brazilian rythms. Aimed to all those who wish to express themselves through movement, this dance sessions are aimed at releasing stress in the mind, body and spirit.

For those interested, we have many exciting opportunities to perform in festivals and cultural events over the summer.

We have also stared to work, in conjunction with other artists, on a choreography specially developed for the Thames Festival Parade that will occur the 13th of September 2009.
